Cannabis and cannabidiol (CBD) are playing an increasingly important role in the treatment of common ailments and diseases. In our new book, we show how therapy with hemp active ingredients can be carried out effectively and safely. For over 40 complaints and diseases, we provide scientifically sound and field-tested recommendations. In addition, you will learn how a therapy with cannabis or CBD can be made more effective with other medicinal plants. With this book, you will get to know and appreciate a part of your body that is unknown to many: the endocannabinoid system. We will show you how to strengthen and influence this important regulator of our health and well-being not only with cannabinoids, but also with simple tools.
Practical tips for over 40 diseases and ailments
The main active ingredients of the hemp plant, they so-called cannabinoids, influence many different areas in our body. These include immune system, inflammation, psyche, digestion, sleep, pain or stress management. Cannabinoids exert their effects through interaction with our so-called endocannabinoid system. The endocannabinoid system watches over whether bodily processes are coordinated and running harmoniously.
Weakness in the endocannabinoid system can lead to the onset of discomfort and disease. Conversely, it can be an important starting point for the treatment of numerous diseases and conditions. These include common ailments such as stress, sleep disorders, obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, and fatigue. Cancer patients may also find therapy with the two best-known cannabinoids, cannabis and cannabidiol, an interesting option.
Not just cannabinoids: boost the endocannabinoid system naturally.
The endocannabinoid system is an important regulator of bodily processes. In the therapy with cannabinoids one makes use of these characteristics: Misregulations are to be corrected by the targeted administration of cannabinoids, and bodily processes that have gotten out of control are to be harmonized again.
The endocannabinoid system can be influenced, however, not only with the active ingredients of the cannabis plant. Read in our book how you can regulate the endocannabinoid system in a natural way. In this way, you can ensure greater well-being, alleviate discomfort and facilitate recovery in the event of illness. Factors you can target to influence the endocannabinoid system include exercise, stress management, diet, and avoiding certain chemicals. In the book, we list specific instructions. Most of them are easy to implement and can be integrated into everyday life without much effort.
The entourage effect: effectively supporting therapy with cannabis and cannabidiol.
Therapy with cannabis and cannabidiol is now well researched. More and more doctors and alternative practitioners integrate them in the treatment of various diseases. Also the Internet supplies for this many practical Tipps and suggestions. Less known and accordingly less often considered in therapy is the so-called entourage effect. The entourage effect describes the amplification of the effect of cannabinoids by other natural substances. These include above all different terpenes, the components of essential oils. These terpenes can lead to a significant enhancement of the therapy with cannabis or CBD via the entourage effect. They can attenuate their side effects, making treatment more effective and tolerable.
There are not only some interesting studies available on the entourage effect. Practical experience, including ours, also shows that patients can benefit from considering the entourage effect. We show you in the book how to apply this knowledge and how to effectively complement the therapy with cannabis or CBD with other medicinal plants or their ingredients.
