You might think that so many advantages mean that the mission of Canna Berlin mentioned at the beginning would be a no-brainer. Alas, far from it. On the contrary, hemp's bad reputation precedes it: as the operator of a hemp store, one is quickly placed under general suspicion. Not infrequently, raids also take place in CBD stores in Berlin, where cash, products and cell phones are confiscated, due to the accusation one would operate illegal trade in cannabis.
.Also the decision of the EU Commission to classify CBD as a so-called Novel Food (Novel Food), complicates the sale of hemp and CBD products significantly and leads to the fact that manufacturers and retailers must declare them as cosmetics.
